I RAN!

I ran today at physical therapy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But I am so out of shape....lots of work left to do, but I am making progress. Now I get to start the "return to running" program. :)

That's all...back to work.
